Goal Setting

Every client is different. Some people love a tough fitness testing regime, others prefer a more relaxed approach to goal setting.

At Revolution, we make your health and fitness our priority. So when it comes to goal setting, your trainer will work with you in addressing your individual requirements and servicing your needs, strengths and problem areas.

We work in 3 month cycles to get you to where you want to be. Even in groups, our trainers can accommodate your needs.

Results

One of the main reasons people fall off the exercise
wagon is that they don't see results. We not only evaluate your success at the end of the goal setting period, but we check on your weekly progress using small milestones. Your trainer will keep you motivated every step of the way.

And don't forget, health and fitness is more than just exercise. We also offer lifestyle tips and help with diet to maximise your chance of success.
